Recently, the 3rd China Europe Corporate ESG Best Case Conference was grandly held in Mainz, Germany. This conference is hosted by the Consulate General of China in Frankfurt, with the theme of "From Vision to Practice: Empowering Sustainable Development through Cooperation". It brings together more than 500 government and enterprise elites and industry experts from multiple countries around the world, and is a high-level international event in the fields of China Europe green economy and sustainable governance.
During the conference, Wang Heng, Chairman of the China Germany Lawyers Association, was invited to take the stage and deliver a keynote speech titled "Gathering Strength for ESG Cooperation between China and Europe, Safeguarding the Development of Liaoning with the Rule of Law". Chairman Wang Heng introduced Liaoning's strong industrial foundation and continuously optimized legal business environment as the gateway to Northeast Asia's opening-up, based on the actual situation of Liaoning's opening up to the outside world. He demonstrated Liaoning's four in one open model of "foreign-funded industry, local industry, park platform, and legal services" through four practical cases: BMW Shenyang Base in Germany, Hefeng Food, Sino German (Shenyang) High end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, and Shengheng Law Firm. He clearly outlined Liaoning's complete industrial foundation, sound green policies, and mature foreign-related legal support.
The on-site Chinese and European guests listened attentively and gave wide recognition and praise to the speech content. Everyone expressed that through this speech, they have gained a deeper understanding of Liaoning's industrial strength and openness, and are very optimistic about the future cooperation space between Liaoning and Europe. Several foreign businessmen have expressed their willingness to conduct on-site inspections and negotiate investment cooperation in Liaoning.
