Wang Heng, a native of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, was graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, with a master's degree in economic law. He is now a lawyer, director of Shengheng Law Firm, and Chairman of Chinese-German Lawyer Association (CDAV). He has been a deputy of People's Congress of Shenhe District, Shenyang for 15 years on end, and was entitled "Ten Best Lawyers of Shenyang" in 2010 and "Excellent Lawyers of Liaoning Province" in 2019.

It has also built an international legal service team with many other law firms in the US, Canada, and Australia, etc., and maintained close cooperative relations with large numbers of enterprises, institutions, and governmental organs home and abroad. It has become one of the most well-known international and comprehensive law firms in China. In 2016, Wang Heng became a member of Law Society of Germany, and was elected Director of Chinese-German Lawyer Association (CDAV), and opened Shengheng (Frankfurt) Law Firm, the first local law firm invested by Chinese in Frankfurt, Germany, making great efforts in promoting the development of enterprises in China and Germany, and better playing the Chinese and German lawyers’ role in advocating “the Belt and the Road” initiative.
