Lawyer Li Nan was graduated from Accounting College of Beijing Technology and Business University and College of Law of Bielefeld University of Germany, with a master’s degree in law science in Germany, and holds professional qualification certificate for lawyer’s practicing in Germany and EU. He is now working in HLB International, a large international accounting, law and auditing firm, and he is also the Vice Chairman of Chinese-German Lawyer Association (CDAV), and the long-term cooperation partner of Shengheng’s headquarters in Europe.

 

Lawyer Li has participated in many investment and M&A projects between China and Germany, and is the annual legal and financial & tax consultant for many Chinese enterprises, institutions and associations in Germany, with rich experiences in the fields of investment, M&A and integration.
