About Us

Jointly initiated by the lawyers from China and Germany and approved by the German government, Chinese-German Lawyer Association (Chinesisch-DeutscherAnwaltvereine.Vin German, CDAV) was established and registered in Germany in 2017. It is a non-profitable association registered in local courts of German, providing globalized legal services with focus on sharing legal information and resources and promoting multi-lateral economic and trade cooperation.

Its headquarters is situated in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany, and it is composed of individual members and group members, including practicing lawyers, legal experts and scholars, law firms in China, Germany and around the world.Its members include nearly 1,000 practicing lawyers and many well-known law firms from dozens of countries across the world.Most of its members have masters' degrees (or above) in law science, with background of studying and living overseas, high-level skills of using many foreign languages, and thoroughly understand the laws and regulations of all main countries in the world in the field of commerce.

Recently, the 3rd China Europe Corporate ESG Best Case Conference was grandly held in Mainz, Germany. This conference is hosted by the Consulate General of China in Frankfurt, with the theme of "From Vision to Practice: Empowering Sustainable Development through Cooperation". It brings together more than 500 government and enterprise elites and industry experts from multiple countries around the world, and is a high-level international event in the fields of China Europe green economy and sustainable governance.

Recently, the 6th "Investment in Liaoning" Conference and the 8th Annual Meeting of the Overseas Business Association in Liaoning in 2026 were grandly held in Dalian. 中德律协与中德产业发展合作联盟举行线上会议

2021年6月30日上午，中德律师协会与深圳宝安中德（欧）产业发展合作联盟进行了首次线上会议。参会人员有：中德律师协会常务理事徐锋镖律师、中德律师协会副秘书长于丽红律师、中德律师协会会员贺小庭律师、深圳宝安中德（欧）产业发展合作联盟秘书长武凯先生等。首先，副秘书长于丽红律师介绍了中德律师协会的基本情况，包括协会成立的宗旨、会员发展情况、主要工作内容等。深圳宝安中德（欧）产业发展合作联盟秘书长武凯介绍了宝安中德联盟的发展情况，该联盟旨在利用深圳市的区位优势，为中德企业的交流合作，特别是中国企业“走出去”提供便利的商务服务。双方在会谈中一致认为，要充分利用各自的资源优势，通过商会、产业园区等渠道，互相宣传，共同拓展和共享客户资源，开展务实的项目合作，为中德、中欧企业的跨国发展提供精准的、全方位的服务。双方通过会议达成了签署合作框架协议意向，为今后的深度合作奠定了基础。中德律师协会于2017年在德国注册成立，是由中德两国律师共同发起，经德国政府审批、法院登记后正式成立的非营利性协会。协会由中、德两国及全球范围内的执业律师、法学专家学者、律师事务所等个人会员和团体会员共同组成，旨在提供全球化的法律服务。目前已经吸纳了来自数十个国家、近千名执业律师及多家知名律师事务所入会。
